Baking soda, apple cider vinegar, black tea are the ingredients used in cooking daily. In addition, they are a way to treat body odors if you sweat too much.
Apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is one of the best remedies for excessive sweating. Due to its astringent properties, apple cider vinegar is used externally to control sweat. In addition, it also helps balance the pH of the body.
Use cotton swab with apple vinegar to rub on the area of sweating as much as palm, feet, armpits, neck … and then overnight. The next morning, after bathing with water, use a little talcum powder to dry more.

Baking Soda
Baking soda is also a good solution to overcome the problem of body odor. It is a natural antiperspirant, effective in absorbing moisture and neutralizing body odors.
Mix a teaspoon of baking soda with water and stir. Add 3 or 4 drops of your favorite fragrance. Apply this mixture to your armpits and other organs to sweat on your body. Rinse after 15-20 minutes. Do this 2-3 times per week for optimal results.
Black tea
Black tea is a good remedy to control sweat. The tannic acid in tea has anti-perspirant and astringent properties. Therefore, black tea helps to make the sweat glands shrink, helping them control excessive sweating. In addition, black tea is also a great source of killing bacteria that cause body odor.
Lemonade
Lemon juice is good for the body odor. Acidity in lemon juice lowers the pH of the skin, inhibiting the body’s odor-producing bacteria from persisting.
Cut a fresh lemon into two halves. Rub half the armpit and sweat areas. Allow to dry for 10 minutes and rinse well. Use regularly every day until the body odor disappears completely.
If you have sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with water and rub it over your body.
Rosemary
